Prof. Sanjeev Hota is the Vice-Principal & the Associate Professor in area of HR. Prof. Hota has more than 18 years of experience i.e., 8 Years of Industrial Experience & more than 10 Years of Experience in the field of Academics at Bangalore. He has devised and marketed several training modules and has contributed in increasing the productivity of the organisation through more efficient process planning and targeted towards improvement of processes.
After Graduation in Economics (Honors) from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, Mr. Hota has completed Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from XIM, Bhubaneswar specialised in Marketing & HR. He is pursuing his Ph.D. in HRD under Utkal University in the topic “Learning Organisation Issues and Challenges- The Indian Experience”.
His other areas of interest are Organisational Behaviour, Marketing Management & Strategic Management.
